The space This three bedroom home, each with its own en-suite bathroom, all new furniture in 2022, has everything you could want in a quite, peaceful, ocean front, Island retreat. Huge kitchen, soaring ceilings in unique octagonal large living room with 75" Smart TV. Stream your own services with the fast WIFI and use the installed Echo devices to play music, podcasts, etc. Wonderful patio area with outdoor shaded table and lounge areas, large pool with a jacuzzi area and ten foot deep end. Walk the one acre backyard to the edge of the ocean and pull up a chair and relax while nature and sea watching. Separate laundry room, reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen, gourmet gas stove, refrigerator with filtered water and ice, new dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave oven, and more. A pack and play playpen/crib and booster seat are available. Guest access This property also has a separate guest cottage that is sometimes rented out separately to longer term tenants. They park at the side of the house and do not have access to any of the main house or pool and patio areas. You have private access to everything else. The guest cottage can accommodate two additional adults. Inquire about availability if this is of interest. Other things to note Because the ocean front is literally at the end of your backyard and the pool does not have a gate, those with infants or small children who they cannot supervise 100% of the time, may not wish to book. You do so at your own risk. However, all doors to the exterior have strong security locks with removable keys preventing accidental opening once removed. All doors and windows also have impact resistant glass in the unlikely event of a hurricane or strong storm. Also note that the photos of the sandy beach is about 300 feet away at the end of the street. It is a natural beach, unmonitored, with active sea life (wonderful in my opinion, but if you are looking for a daily "groomed" beach, this is not it (there are plenty on the island though). It is nearly always deserted, but the occasional community resident may use it.
