The space The home sits on 2 acers on a dead-end road. It is very private, but not remote. Its 6 min to the Cloud 9 bar for lunch and a few drinks. The bypass road provides easy access to restaurants and shopping. When you are there, you will feel like you have your own private lake. Across the road there is a private grass runway that is open for taking off with powered parachute planes. The wide-open green meadow on the east side is great for walking and exploring. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. There are three large Smart TVs, free Netflix, a hot tub, game room and movie room for entertaining. The orientation of this house, the sloped lot and large shelter belt across the road provide a calm enjoyable lakeside experienced that is not possible on the North side of the lake which gets blasted by wind.
