We have private beach access across the street, a private pool, and the most beautiful dock out into the sound for guaranteed spectacular sunsets. It's also less than 1 mile away from the pier and some great restaurants and shops. The space We have 2 bedrooms with fulls baths attached. We also have a pullout couch that offers an additional sleeping option. Guest access This is an end unit townhouse. You will have the entire unit, both upstairs and downstairs. We also have a shed below with beach/pool items for our guests to use. You can park 2 cars under the home.
