The first floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room, with the primary bedroom having an en-suite bath and private deck. The second level is the heart of the home, combining a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area, all with beautiful wood accents. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a gas grill on the deck. The spacious dining table seats 8, and the living room features a flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. The main level also includes another primary suite with a fireplace, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bath. Outside, you can relax by another fireplace for the ultimate relaxation experience. 🐶 Pet Policy: Two pets maximum (Pet Fee: $200 per pet). A number of great restaurants, bars, and the Shops at Heavenly Village are one block away, with beaches, beautiful hiking trails, and Edgewood Golf the home of Tahoe's Celebrity Golf tournament within a few minutes' drive. The casinos, movie theater and other activities are also a short walk from property.
