Open main level floor with kitchen, dining room that opens into a large living room with a record player, smart TV and pellet stove and pocket bath. Small backyard and side fenced area. Upstairs are three bedrooms - two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one bedroom with two twin beds. Closet with hangers in each room. Our house is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and a more memorable experience in the beautiful NH White Mountains. Guest access Access to the entire house and backyard. Other things to note Seasonal amenities like outdoor furniture and grill are available Spring - early Fall. The pellet stove is great for creating a cozy ambiance, we service and clean the stove regularly as well as provide a detailed "how to" to help guests who are not familiar with pellet stoves. ***Though, if you are unable to start the stove with our directions we ask that you do not continue trying or try unconventional ways to start it. It is a wood burning stove and dangerous if not used respectfully. **** We have plow and shoveling services for the winter months, these are local companies who do a great job servicing our home. We will also have a shovel available by the back entrance if needed.
