The kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials: salt, cooking oil, seasoning, plates, utensils, and cooking pots. The nearby grocery store provides everything else you need for a memorable vacation cookout. Frequently asked questions: (1) Will firewood be provided? A: For indoor fireplace, yes. But for outdoor firepit, you will need to bring your own firewood because firewood adds significant overhead cost. (2) Is tap water drinkable at the cabin? A: Yes, tap water in Packwood is from the mountain and is the most pristine in the nation. It is safe to drink, and if you prefer, you can also boil it using the kettle. (3) Can I bring my small pet? A: Sorry, but the cabin is not pet friendly because the owner is allergic to pets. (4) Is the kitchen equipped with pots, pans, simple seasonings? A: Yes, there are simple cookware, simple seasonings like salt, sugar, cooking oil, soy sauce, black peppers etc. There are also tea bags, coffee beans, coffee pods, coffee ground and creamer (grinder and coffee machine provided). Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, hot tub, and fire pit in the backyard. 48 hours before your check-in, the owner will message your access code for the smart lock. Other things to note (1) The house has two external security cameras facing the driveway. Guests will have complete privacy in the house, backyard, and around the hot tub area. (2) Please restrict use of the backyard fire pit during the burn ban (check with WA Department of Ecology web) to prevent wildfire. (3) Please note that this cabin is located in a residential area, and the neighbors enjoy quiet. Please control the noise between 10 pm to 7 am, and respect the neighbors' rights to enjoy the quietness on their property.
