The quiet side of the Gorge. Nestled in the Indian Creek Resort near RRG, and surrounded by majestic cliff faces and tree-blanketed hills & valleys, you will find this NEW, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. Get ready to relax and enjoy the juxtaposition of the raw beauty in the Daniel Boone National Forest and the amenities of this luxury cabin- Shower with a rainfall head. Enjoy the covered back deck with a screened in porch. The deck offers a new hot tub to soak in after a day of hiking:) The space The cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need, featuring new full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. Behind the kitchen & dining area is the cozy living area with a gas fireplace, 65-inch flat screen tv, and large windows that overlook the beautiful cliffs and Little Amos Creek valley. There are many games in the furniture piece to the right of the fireplace. The firepit is to the left of the cabin and overlooks the spectacular valley/cliffs. We have spent many nights around the firepit enjoying the solitude that this area offers. (Bring plenty of firewood bundles. If you need more the IGA in Frenchbure has them available.) There is a charcoal grill to the right of the front porch (Bring your own charcoal). The Deck On the fully covered deck, you will find the hot tub, screened-in porch, table, and chairs all with a great view of the area. On certain nights you can see the moon rise above the cliffs on the far side of the valley. Master Bedroom The main bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen tv, and a tiled bathroom that has a rainfall showerhead. Guest Room The guest room has two queen size beds, a full bath, flat screen tv, and a washer and dryer. Around the Area This side of the gorge is secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. Usually, the only noise you will hear is the wind and birds chirping. At night there is the sound of crickets and frogs. No road noise in this area! Guest access Access to the full cabin Other things to note The hiking trails in the Red River Gorge Geological area are approximately a beautiful 40-minute drive. Guests should bring their firewood for the fire pit or have it delivered by Caz Carter, whose information we will provide, and charcoal for the grill.
