2 Night Min, With Wifi. 1 bedroom, 1 King downstairs (the 2nd bedroom is a loft with 1 queen bed and a futon with a trundle. Only sleeps 6. Perfect for 2 couples or small family vacation. The location is perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, etc. Full kitchen, 11/2 baths. Linens provided, washer and dryer. Living room, dining room, screened in porch with table and chairs. Gas grill with picnic table and swing underneath. Only room for a small boat trailer. The space Year-round deep water and a calm water cove off of the main channel in Big Creek. Closest to Whitman Hollow. Launch boat there or at the main bridge of Demory Road. Two Kayaks are available to use but no paddles. So bring paddles if you plan to use the kayaks. I still need to purchase those. The driveway is fine for two or three vehicles. A small trailer would be okay, but not much backing room or turnaround room. Other things to note The Wifi is great when there are no leaves on the trees. It is spotty once the leaves are out. We usually can get texts, and emails but sometimes it is a pain.
