Less than 1 block from the beach, The Claire at 145 St. Francis St., was built in 1925 and has survived Biloxi's two most devastating hurricanes - Camille in 1969 and Katrina in 2005. Imagine the stories the walls could tell!!! The Claire is close to all that Biloxi has to offer - Beaches, downtown Biloxi, MGM ballpark, local restaurants, museums, theatres, shopping, casinos and Keesler Airforce Base. The Claire has a beautiful fenced yard with fruit trees you can enjoy during your stay! The Claire is fully furnished and sleeps 8 guests. Master: Queen bed 2nd Bedroom: Full bed Bunk Room: Twin bunkbeds Living Room 1: Full sized sofa bed 2nd Living Room/Game Room: Full sized Sofa bed Additional: A queen sized air mattress The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, platters, blender, toaster, snow cone maker, baking pans, etc. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & 2 coolers, washer and dryer, keyless entry, fiber internet, and ample room for everyone to spread out. We provide the following essentials to get you started: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, 2 Keurig coffee pods, creamer & sweetener, 2 dish washer detergent pods, laundry detergent for 2 loads, dryer balls, hand soap, and an extra garbage bag. Once approved, you will receive a booking pre-approval with a quote that includes the pet fee. *Rates shown do not include the garage. The garage is available for rent to you during your stay at an increased rate. *There is an UNOCCUPIED studio apartment above it that is not included in your rental. The apartment will NOT be occupied during your stay; it is used by me for storage only. I will not interrupt your stay accessing the apartment. ***NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE FOR CRUISIN' THE COAST, JEEPIN' THE COAST, AND SCRAPIN' THE COAST. This overrides any and all other cancellation policies regardless of booking system used. Pets MUST be approved! If you plan to bring a pet, please send an inquiry prior to booking your reservation. Let us know about your fur baby (size, breed, personality). There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee. This fee will be added to your pre-approval and sent to you for booking. We love animals and we want you to bring your fur babies; however, there are additional cleaning standards and charges from our cleaners for cleaning once there has a been a pet so it is imperative that we are aware that pets are coming and collect the pet fee. If you do not make us aware that you are bringing a pet (and receive approval and pay the pet fee), upon arrival with pets we will send a charge for a $500 non-refundable pet fee. If you do not pay it, you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded for your stay. Guest access To enter the home, please use the back door located near the driveway.
