The Bottling Room at Tarantula Ranch Vineyard is a private guest studio situated next to our families micro-vineyard located outside of Death Valley National Park in the Mojave Desert. The room was formally used for crushing, bottling, and aging wine but we have completely remodeled it into a small studio with queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette, powder room, and outdoor shower. Aside from the vineyard view, enjoy the wild desert views and amazing night skies while visiting. At night, gather around the communal fire pits or marvel at the desert’s incredible night skies. Please note that this remote desert environment offers breathtaking solitude but also extreme climate conditions. Summer brings intense heat, while winter nights can be quite cold, so pack accordingly. Campsites are off-grid (no electricity), but other accommodations offer added amenities. Whether you’re camping under the stars, enjoying the comforts of glamping, or relaxing in our guest house, Tarantula Ranch provides a one-of-a-kind experience in one of the most extraordinary places on Earth. Arrival is anytime after 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM on your departure day. Please note that the last 1/2 mile to Tarantula Ranch is a gravel road. While it is accessible for all vehicles, drive slowly and carefully to ensure a smooth arrival. Detailed directions and check-in instructions will be provided before your stay.
