Other things to note 1) House Rules specially required garbage disposal both regular and recycle by the city law. 2) Parking - Must be aware of Korean parking etiquette (a) Must have a local number and speak Korean to move or request to move other cars when required. (b) Note sometimes there may not be any response from parked car owners taking long time to get parking. (c) Parking space is very tight when other cars are parked. 3) Small supermarket and Dollar store is just a minute walk (~200m) from the building (map for both provided at premises).
