From the driveway, you walk into the entryway that leads to a dramatic living room with a vaulted ceiling and tons of light from the floor-to-skylight windows. In this room, there is a TV, coffee table, sofa, and chair seating for 7. The chef's kitchen takes advantage of the amazing view while you are preparing meals. From the kitchen, you can access the top deck with outside seating and incredible views! This level also includes a formal dining room which could accommodate up to 8 people, the master bedroom, and a bathroom. Down a flight of stairs, the lower level includes a family room/games room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, an office, and a laundry closet. The hot tub is located on a deck just outside the family room and you can enjoy wonderful views, both in the daytime and especially at night watching the stars without the effect of city lights. Down a set of stairs takes you to an outdoor eating area, lush gardens, a large putting green, and a gas fire pit. Other things to note DOG POLICY: We allow for up to 2 house trained dogs, each no larger than 55lbs. We charge a pet cleaning fee of $100 PER dog and require a pet contract to be signed before your stay. After you book we will send you a confirmation message. Just click on the Experiences link to purchase the dog stay (this must be done before your stay). SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you smoke outside, please be sure to keep the area clean and properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes. Failure to do so or leaving these items behind after checkout may result in a penalty of $200 or more NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep the music/conversation noise down during the daytime and evening. QUIET HOURS: After 9 PM at night, please head back in the house. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Please respect the Quiet Hours, as they are mandated by Sonoma County. Breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund. Please note: Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days.
