Bedroom 1, the oceanview bedroom is furnished with a King bed, an attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. Bedroom 2, the Lighthouse view bedroom, is furnished with a King-size bed and a TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. A condo is an excellent option for family getaways or couples! Lighthouse Point 13B is located on the second floor. Enjoy fresh ocean air from the furnished balcony. Parking is reserved for two vehilces under the building. (13B can accommodate larger vehicles with a wider parking area. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex featuring private beach access, a tennis court, and pickle-ball court, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum and Jaycee Park.
