“Moonlight Kai” offers the privacy of the second floor, with 180 degree elevated views looking over the pool, the beach and out to the sea. “Moonlight Kai” is a fully equipped, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that is part of the Kaibo Yacht Club Phase II Complex near Rum Point on the North Side of the island. The space The master bedroom is en suite with a walk in shower and wardrobe. It benefits from a Queen Size Bed and includes a chest of drawers and a "Smart TV" (Not connected to cable service but can be used using the provided Apple TV and or guest subscribed services such as Netflix or You Tube). There is a wardrobe for hanging clothes in the en suite area where there is also a safe. The Second bedroom has two full size beds (sometimes referred to as double beds), it also has a TV, chest of drawers and hanging wardrobe. The Second bathroom has a bath with shower above. The laundry area has a large washing machine and a dryer stacked in the space. (Please note laundry pods are not provided). The Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. there is both Keurig and Drip Coffee makers - (Pods and Coffee are not provided). There is also a bread toaster and a blender provided. There is a large fridge freezer along with oven, cook top, microwave and dishwasher. (Pods not provided) In the living room, the TV is a "Smart TV" and is also attached to the cable network - this is the only TV in the unit that is provided with cable TV Service. There is a landline telephone for use by guests to make local calls only - the intent is for guests to be able to make reasonable calls to make tourist reservations etc. excessive use of the local landline may require a request for cost recovery. The property has air conditioning throughout and each room, including the lanai have ceiling fans. The swimming pool and hot tub are for the exclusive use of owners and guests of Kaibo Phase 2. Parking is free and not assigned in the area in front of the unit. Two paddle boards, two "cruiser" type bikes are provided for guest use in the separate storage area where there is also a coal BBQ that can be moved to the sandy area in front of the condos for use by the guests (coals are not supplied) Guest access Access to the property is via a "Key Code" front door that allows guests to benefit from keyless entry. codes are provided close to time of occupancy. Parking is not designated but typically there is ample space is the designated area in front of the unit Kaibo Yacht Club has a casual restaurant and bar on the beach and there is a "fine Dining Restaurant upstair that opens in the evenings - timings are changeable and guests should check opening online. "Starfish Point" is a short walk from the condo and benefits from a nice beach area with shallow water ideal for paddling with young children. Rum Point is about 1km up the road and has a beach bar and a restaurant that are popular. Timings are changeable and guests should check on line for opening times. Guests are advised to hire a car unless they want to stay within the areas mentioned above.
