Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Construction notice: A new home is being built in the Camp Eagles Nest neighborhood where this home is located. Please note that construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm. The Roper Retreat is a new home in Camp Eagles Nest with long range views towards Virginia and Tennessee. The beautiful, new kitchen opens to the living area with deck access. The gas fireplace and large TV have several chairs and a sleeper sofa. The two ensuites are on either side of the living room. The ensuites King bedroom to the right has a TV and a fabulous bathroom. The bathroom has a large, tiled shower with a large over-sized shower head and a detachable wand, and the double vanity with a granite counter top. The ensuites King on the left has the same great views, with a tiled tub/shower combination, and a granite double vanity. On the back deck, you'll find a gas grill and steps down to the yard. The BullFrog hot tub will hold the group, and the fire pit is only a few steps away. Parking is flat and level for 2-3 vehicles. While enjoying your stay at The Roper Retreat, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% Discount- Excluding Holidays. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival
