The space Welcome to our 1 bedroom home that can comfortably sleep 4! As you enter, you will find yourself in the living room with dining nook. The fully equipped kitchen is just off the living space. Down the hall is a full bathroom and the bedroom with a very comfy king size bed! *Please note, you will have to climb concrete steps to get the entrance of this unit.* Some guests do not like our neighborhood, we think it is great. We recognize that every guest has different life experiences. Please do not book this house if you think you won't like our neighborhood. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** Guest access The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
