The oceanfront front gloriet where it gives a spectacular sea breeze. There is the grill where you can experiment with marine delicacies and meats, the pool is next to the gazebo, which allows supervision of parents with their children and also direct interaction with friends in both environments. We have a wooden gazebo with a semi-transparent awning to have another cozy and spacious environment. The entire outdoor garden is covered and almost naturally covered with the coconut trees that are inside the property more than 60 years old where we also place hammocks and naps can be taken that recharge the entire life. We have sunny chairs where you can take the best vitamin D our country has to offer. In the afternoon you should go out to the beach to see the best sunsets that our coasts offer and also in the evenings a moon when there is a full moon is something that will never be forgotten, most of the time there are palms available to make a fire at night on the beach and enjoy that little heat next to loved ones. The rooms are very comfortable, we just changed all the pillows and beds for hotel grades and they are very comfortable, they all have air conditioning in perfect condition. There is no doubt that the large rooms we have heard many incredible stories of times of friends and family. We also have a 43-inch smart TV in the living room where you can watch Netflix, beach and cocktails! The kitchen is a spacious and completely remodeled kitchen. It has a spectacular 3-meter-long island. The parking is for 5 vehicles and we have a spectacular marañon tree that serves as a natural roof so that these are under shade (And when it is season cut a yellow one and see what I say). MOST IMPORTANT!!! - We are very conscious with the energy saving to help the environment so we have occupancy sensors for our Aires Acondicionados, if there is no one in the rooms for 1 hour they will be turned off alone. You can turn it on again without a problem. On nights they turn off and operate 100%. NO TAMPERING WITH SENSORS. - In the area all the water is artisanal pozo and they are semi-fresh water wells i.e. it is not drinkable, no problem in the use to bathe or brush your teeth but it is not consumable. - This is a property in a coastal area and in the countryside, so we are not free that there may be encounters with animals in the sector, in the case of pests we try to keep with a company traps and poison for them with a constant monitoring but always remember that it is the field. - Sometimes due to the area in which the property is in, there are power outages, some scheduled and others not, we are always aware of the information of the electricity company and we notify all the guests when this happens, do not worry, 3% of the time happens. - We occasionally have visitors at night in the false sky of an IGUANA friend this sometimes takes refuge in the nights and is heard on the ceiling walking, do not worry, nothing happens. I can also arrange a shuttle from the airport back and forth the property in case is needed. I work with a third party on this and in no case i make a profit from this service so its up to the guests.
