Other things to note Again, 4WD or AWD is REQUIRED. The driveway is steep. Please drive slow and with caution. This should not be a problem with a 4wd or Awd vehicle, the neighbors and other guests navigate it fine and have no issues with a properly equipped vehicle. This is the bottom unit and you must be able to go up and down the stairs to access the unit.
