Every corner is designed for you to kick back and indulge in pure relaxation. Your comfort is our absolute priority. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. 2. Last Minute Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change, but please be mindful of our cancellation policy. A last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours of check-in) will incur a fee of $170. 3. Late Check-Out Fee: If you wish to extend your stay until 2 PM, there is a fee of $70. Please note that checking out after 5 PM will incur a fee of $170. 4. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, and in all common areas of the building. Please use designated smoking areas, if available. 5. No Pets (unless registered service animals): We welcome registered service animals in compliance with applicable laws. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a service animal. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction without a refund. 6. Noise and Respectful Behavior: Please be considerate of our neighbors and maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. 7. Maximum Occupancy: The condo is designed to comfortably accommodate a specific number of guests. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified in your reservation. 8. Security and Access: Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the condo, even for short periods. 9. Cleanliness: We take pride in offering a clean and well-maintained space. Please help us keep it that way by cleaning up after yourself. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the condo is left in a condition that requires more than standard cleaning. 10. Lost or Damaged Items: Guests are responsible for any lost or damaged items in the condo during their stay. 11. Parking: We do not provide personal parking services. Valet parking is provided and handled directly with the building for a fee ranging from $40-$50. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. 13. Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency or any issues during your stay, please contact us immediately. Additional Fees: 1. Smoking in unit and/or anywhere onsite. $450 fine, no exceptions. 2. Late check out will result in a $170 fee. We do have to accommodate next guest if the unit is not turned over on time do to late check out. 3. Please report any issues or damages to your host upon check in as damages to unit or common areas resulting in your stay are subject to fine. This includes and is not limited to altering electrical network and other installations. If damages are not reported on time or at all, you are subject to costs of repairs and/or replacement. 4. No pets. Service/ESA must be disclosed and provide appropriate documentation at booking to avoid potential fine for violation of pet rules in result to their presence, odors, shedding, etc. $450 fine. 5. Lost Key FOB $100 Fine. 6. Lock Out $100 fee. 7. All guests and residents will need to collect towels for the gym and the pool with the pool bar staff. The person picking up the towels will need to provide information on unit # and name and sign off on the towels. Guests may provide an id or digital key in order to confirm this information. All towels must be returned directly to the pool bar staff and sign the log confirming # of towels being returned. Anyone not returning pool towels will be charged $25 per missing towel. Upon reserving this home you agree to the hold harmless agreement below: NO LIABILITY/INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS: The owners of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss. a fee of $25 per any additional guest exceeding the original party of 4 persons will apply. please notify us beforehand. a $200 resort fee per night will apply depending on the length of stay $20 parking fee per day. this deposit might be returned after the housekeeping report is processed. this may take a maximum of 8 business days.
