The space Like a large hotel room, the studio is clean and comfortable and suitable for the guest that are traveling or working in the area. King bed. Full remodeled bathroom. Towels and pressed linens provided. Laundry room on ground floor. There is no burners for cooking. Only microwave, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator & dishes. On 3rd floor (no elevators) Quiet location with access to shopping, restaurants, parks and the mountains! Guest access There is a small gym in the club house, and a patio with a gas grill. Trash chute outside the entry door. Parking within the complex. Trailer and Motor bike storage prohibited. Other things to note Weekly cleaning available by arrangement at small additional charge. This studio is completely private with its own entrance. Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building. Smokers must leave the building completely to smoke. We are NOT 4/20 friendly.
