This private room has all you need for an enjoyable stay with private access to our deck and backyard as well. We are located very close to the college and offer an air mattress for additional sleeping space. The space You will have access to your room, the back deck and backyard. You will enter through the garage. Please do not enter any other parts of the home during your stay. Thank you. Guest access You are able to access the hallway from the garage and the back deck through the door in that hallway. You are never allowed to enter any other part of the house including the sliding glass door on the back deck. The front porch and front door are also not for guest access. Guests should only use the garage to enter through the door that leads to their room. Other things to note No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are allowed. There should also be no other guests entering your room that are not on your reservation or confirmed with me before their arrival. We have quiet time from 8pm-8am and expect to not hear any loud noises coming from your room. Pets under any circumstance are not able to be accommodated as we have a severe allergy to pet dander in our home. We understand the need and value of service animals but ask that you find other accommodations for you stay if you have one. Thank you.
