Disposable ear plugs and white noise machines provided if needed. -The home’s private pier and waterfront I s located just steps across Ellendale Rd with a large flat front yard in between the house and Ellendale Rd. The home is situated on 2 acres of heritage oak woods, in the back yard and lining the property, for privacy. -The home has very steep stairs required to access the main area (kitchen/living) of the house located on the second floor. A DAY AT THE WHITE HOUSE ON THE ROCK: Morning: Make yourself a cup of coffee from the Keurig and sit out on the porch watching the eagles fly down from the tall oak trees to the Rock River as it flows into Lake Koshkonong while enjoying a donut from the nearby Dunkin’. Stroll down the street to Another Floating Toy to rent a pontoon for a morning boat trip on large, wide open Lake Koshkonong. Fish one of Wisconsin’s best lakes; swim in shallow, warm waters; go tubing or boat down the Rock River all the way to the Indianford Dam before dropping everyone off at our private pier. Afternoon: With no neighbors nearby, you can play your music on our bluetooth sound bar as loud as you want while you grill up some burgers (or your fresh catch of Blue Gills!) for the whole family at our large, covered outdoor dining area. Grab a beer from the 2nd refrigerator and play Cornhole on the large lawn while the little ones stay occupied all afternoon sliding on the toddler slide into the baby pool filled with our hot/cold outdoor tap or playing with one of a large selection of toys.
