Welcome to our newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment which is located in a very quiet and green area in Üsküdar. At the same time the flat is just 8 mins walk from Üsküdar central square. About that apartment we can say: Very centre but very quiet. That is an apartment where you can feel Turkish culture: old streets, mosques, bazars and local citizen’s life. The apartment is cozy, warm and comfortable. It is good for comfortable staying of 4 people but 6 people can sleep here. The space Our cozy apartment is located in the Üsküdar centre. Üsküdar is a very old and authentic area. The location of our apartment is unique and really great! You will stay: - only 8 min walk from the seaside with most stunning views of Istanbul (Bosphorus, Maiden's Tower, Topkapi palace, Galata tower, Dolmabahce Palace) - only 8-10 mins walk from all types of public transports Ferry/Metro/Marmaray/Bus. - 20-25 mins by public transport to the most important historical places such as Eminonu, Sultanahmet, Galata towel, Dolmabahce Palace. - 10 mins from the Üsküdar square, where you will find many restaurants and cafes with local cuisine, Turkish bazaar (with fresh and inexpensive food), shopping mall Nevçarsi. - 15 mins drive from Kadikoy - that is an area of many restaurants and bars. After an intense day you will return to the apartment located in a very quiet, calm and green courtyard. That is a great place to relax after a day of enjoying the city! Besides our area is a very safe place to live in. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms but 6 people can sleep here . There are 2 double beds (160*200cm and 140*200cm) and the sofa that can be converted to a bed (110*200cm). The flat has washing and dish washing machines, air-conditioner (only in the living room), fan, iron, iron table and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, kettle, fridge, microwave, filtered coffee machine, toaster and all kind of cooking equipment, detergent for dishes. Bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper are complimentary on arrival. We also provide hygiene products (toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, soap etc). Free cleaning service is arranged for stays longer than 10 days. I want your stay to be very comfortable, so be free to ask for additional necessary stuff. I wish you a wonderful staying experience! Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the flat. Other things to note Apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator. Guests need to climb stairs. Apartment is located in the residential area so it is important to be quiet after 10 pm. Baby feeding chair can be provided upon request.
