Welcome to Little Rock! Our cozy cottage comes with FREE FIBER high-speed wifi to make working from home a breeze. An enormous backyard and back porch deck is for your enjoyment throughout your trip. This home is less than a mile from University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) and only 2 miles from the University of Arkansas, Children's Hospital Medical Center, and the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital! LIT airport is only 6 miles away, and the Little Rock Zoo is 2.3 miles away. The space The two spacious bedrooms have three full size beds in total. There is also a full size sofa bed. Fresh luxury towels will be provided. The bathroom has a shower and a tub with and all your necessities: shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer and soap. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and includes a coffee & tea bar for your enjoyment. There is a full laundry room for your convenience. Enjoy lighting-fast streaming with free FIBER wifi. The living room TV has Amazon Fire TV, and the primary bedroom has Xfinity (Free Flex) TV. You may log in with your own credentials to enjoy your favorite shows. While we have personally stayed in the home and have never had any issues or problems regarding safety, we take guest security seriously. We recently added an alarm system with video doorbell and a video floodlight camera in the back for added safety measures. As a guest, you will have access to the alarm system. We added this extra security measure to ensure our guests feel even more secure. We believe in being fully transparent, so please understand the home is literally in the mist of a decent area (going towards University of Arkansas at Little Rock) and a not so nice, questionable area (going towards Asher Hwy.). Again, I (nor any of the previous guests) have had any issues when it comes to the area, we just want you to be aware of the full picture, inside and out. Feel free to contact the Host if you have any further questions. Guest access We recommend bringing a car to drive around Little Rock for the most convenient enjoyment of the city. There is ample space to park in front of the home. Other things to note If you, or any of the guest are SMOKERS then THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! #1 House Rule -any smoking of any kind must be 25 feet AWAY from the house (not on the porch, not on the deck and certainly NOT inside the house). Owners are highly allergic and thus very sensitive to any remnants of smoke. Remember, there are cameras all around the property.* Please make sure you read and agree to all House Rules & Rental Agreement.
