We do our best with regular maintenance but some fallen leaves and the occasional mango (good eating) will be found on the property. We also cannot control the neighboring roosters who will crow from time to time, part of the Puerto Rico experience :). We use natural and effective pest control but this is the tropics and you may encounter an insect or two. Puerto Rico has power/water outages, we provide brand new generators and water cistern!
