Because of its proximity to the ocean appliances can rust fast so expect some cosmetic imperfections. We are in an area of Nature preserve surrounded by wild life, Occasionally small creatures and insects may find their way in despite our efforts, it’s important to keep all doors and windows closed, avoid crumbs and clean up Spills immediately. The house is about 300 feet above the ocean no direct or easy access to the beach below. Car is must. It’s about a 3-5 minute drive to Villa Pesquera (nearest beach). Note that the shower in the main floor is small. However the home is very spacious. It also has a secluded private entrance. It has 210° of ocean view and is the highest point on the cliff in Isabela.
