This is a guest room annex in a 6 bedroom house located on a serene quiet street at Tesano. 10 minutes’ drive to North Industrial estate , 15 mins from Kotoka international airport and the Accra Mall. You have your separate entrance into the room. You may choose to use the stove and washing machine in the main building kitchen. There is an extra guest charge if booking for more than 1 person. There is backup water supply, security and a cleaning service available. Great location and serene. The space The booking is for one airconditioned bedroom with own toilet and shower and it has a separate entrance from the main building. There is a 32 inch TV, fridge, chair, microwave, kettle, electric iron,desk and chair, crockery and cutlery in the room. There is hot water in the bathrooms. There is also wifi provided for use by guests however this is not unlimited. Toiletries provided are complimentary. if the complimentary supply is used up, guests will have to buy their own. Cleaning of your room is available on request. Please place your bin outside your door every morning to be emptied. There is a recycling bin for empty plastic water bottles located just outside the kitchen. Guest access Your room, and main building living rooms, kitchen, car park, patio/ balcony. Other things to note Please note there is an extra guest charge for more than 1 guest. Children under 2 years stay free of charge but there is no cot provided. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
