Sip a coffee on the porch overlooking the Sparkill creek, take a stroll down Main Street for an array of options to visit. Fishing on the pier, dancing fireflies at night and wildlife throughout. A quick hike up the backyard mountain to the state park where you can enjoy a picnic and view of the Hudson while catching a glimpse of NYC. The space Inside this 1840's built duplex home you will find the following rooms: **Full Kitchen** - Kitchen butcherblock table for 2, with pots and pan storage. - Coffee bar stocked with tea, cocoa, honey, coffee, sugar. - Stainless steel appliances - Fridge has basic condiments - GAS stove -Multifunction storage unit with cellphone charging and areas for shoes & shopping bags. **Muti-function dining room** - Table for 6 - Board game and puzzle Station - something for every type of gamer. - Door to half bath. - Door to basement (not for guests to access) - Curtains that open to our laundry room with free washer/dryer to use. **Living room** - Large sectional to seat 6 with ottoman as well. - 50" Smart TV (can be paired with your phone for streaming or log in via TV) - Downstairs Nest Thermostat (guest temperature range is set to 64-78 degrees F) - Large bean bag chair for the kids. - Door to front Porch - Stairs to second floor. **Front Porch** - Seating for 4 with cushions - Safety railing - It is recommended to not use the steps to go to the street during the winter due to ice. -Space is shared with our long term renter on their side of the duplex. To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, unregistered guests are not permitted and linens will only be provided for the number of guests approved. We offer keyless entry and contactless check-in for your convenience. Please note that front street parking is not provided, but parking for up to three cars is available behind the house. Guest access Please note that steps are required to enter and exit the home, and there are no ramps on site. The first and second floor, along with the patio and backyard, will be accessible to guests. However, the basement, garage, shed, and crawl space are prohibited from guest use. For your safety, cameras are mounted in the back and front of the property, as well as a ring doorbell. Other things to note If you damage the home, you may be charged.
