Relax in this lakefront cabin on beautiful Tinmouth Pond, in Southern VT. Swim, kayak, canoe or fish in this spring fed lake. We have 3 kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe. Morning coffee on the floating dock, cozy up at the firepit, chill with your favorite drink or game in the screened in porch, enjoy the stars at night or a read good book on the Master Bedroom private deck. Be sure to keep watch for the "local" bald eagle sighting.... This will be a great vacation for you and your family. The space First floor has large kitchen, dining area and living room. There is a full bath with stall shower, just behind the kitchen. Wrap around, screened porch. Second floor has master bedroom, with Queen size bed and full bath. New in 2023, is a modern, tiled shower with glass door. There is a private balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and bunks. ( single over single). Ground level: There is a wrap around screened porch. Plus, two BBQ grills ( one is a flat-top). Guest access The entire house and grounds are yours. Other things to note We provide water for drinking, in a 5 gallon 'office style' water cooler. The sink and shower taps bring in filtered water from the lake. It is perfectly fine for bathing, doing dishes and brushing your teeth. We suggest to also bring in your favorite bottled water to have during your stay. Two kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat are provided. As are personal flotation devices.
