Open kitchen and large media room w/ PS5. Great outdoor space w/ hammock and Hot tub. Quiet court. Driveway parking & Motorcycle in garage available. Home shared with owner, an IT professional, and small dog. Near Sonoma State under a mile walking distance via paved trail. The space Shared rental owner usually keeps to the main bedroom and out of the guest way the most common shared space would be the kitchen. Guest room 1 has a queen size bed and hall bathroom. Guest room 2 has a queen and convertible Twin bed. Both rooms have adjustable beds to get into a reading position or zero gravity sleeping position if needed. They also have 55 inch TV's with many streaming services already connected but you can also cast from your phone. Friendly dogs are welcome. The owner has a small dog that gets along well with others. Can sleep up to 6. The living room can be used as a sleeping area as well with a queen size sleeper sofa. Guest access The bedrooms and the bathroom are private the rest of the house is shared the owner is generally in the office and the master bedroom. The house is well equipped with a hot tub and outdoor dining areas. The turf is great for relaxing and playing bocce ball. Full kitchen and gas grill. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The owner will have K-cups for guests but feel free to bring your own, as Kelly coffee and tea stocked. Also the owner will have club soda available via a soda stream and with lemon, lime or other citrus to add. During your stay Owner works from home and in general keeps to himself in his office or bedroom but will be out to use the kitchen. Can give recommendations on local activities such as wine tasting and seeing the coast. Other things to note The owners dog gets along well with others and small children. The owner knows the area well and can direct you to the best wine tasting locations in Sonoma's Russian river area and Healdsburg area. If scheduling works out ask about a designated driver as the roads are not safe after a few tastings.
