From pots and pans to utensils, wine glasses and even a popcorn machine, you'll find everything you need for a delicious meal. We also provide tea and coffee, a selection of condiments, salt & pepper, and an array of spices, and cooking oil. Outdoors, we have a barbecue set up with all the necessary tools and utensils to make a great meal. The living and dining rooms in the cottage are breathtaking, with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that seamlessly blend the indoor and outdoor spaces. No matter the season, this cozy retreat is equipped with a heat pump for chilly days and air conditioning for hot summer months. We also provide plenty of blankets for those times when you just want to snuggle up and relax. Settle in for a night of entertainment with your beloved film on the 51-inch smart Roku TV. Or maybe a family/friends night with our Chest of Games, or our new Pac-Man Partycade fun for all ages to enjoy! Then grab a bowl of popcorn and snuggle up with a warm blanket. The master bedroom on the upper level offers a luxurious king bed, showcasing a picturesque view of the tranquil lake. It also includes an ensuite bathroom and a convenient workspace. The second bedroom on the lower level is equally inviting with another king bed and easy access to a full bathroom. For additional sleeping space, the living room features a comfortable queen size pull-out couch. We are nestled in the countryside but only 10 minutes from the nearest town, St Stephen NB and 25-30 minutes to St Andrews-By-The-Sea. A quaint seaside village with lots of shops and restaurants. Outdoors you will enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing, pedal boating, fishing, sunning on the dock in summer. Ice fishing, cross country skiing and snow shoeing in winter. (weather permitting) Our favourite place on a rainy day is the screened-in porch. With comfy furniture you can enjoy your morning coffee and just relax. Side note: Located in a secluded rural area just a short 10-minute drive from the nearest town with stores, our cozy cottage is situated next door to our home. We like to inform our guests that we perform daily hot tub maintenance, a quick two minute task that ensures a relaxing experience for all. During certain times of the year, you may come across bugs such as spiders, bees wasps, ants, ladybugs, beetles, jumping fish, or even wild animals due to our woodland setting by the lake. In New Brunswick we experience a diverse range of weather conditions and storms, including snow, rain, cold, heat. Unfortunately, we have no control over these natural phenomena. If any of these factors pose a concern for you, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking with us. Our goal is for our guests to find a property that aligns with their specific needs and expectations. If you find our property appealing, we would be thrilled to have you as our guest! Guest access Our driveway is maintained all year round. Four parking spaces. 10 min from St Stephen for all your conveniences. There is a locked upstairs closet that is off limits as well as a pantry downstairs. Everywhere else is available to our guests including kayaks, canoe, pedal boat, tubes, floating dock and life jackets. Other things to note Verified speed test 113 mbps for 4k viewing and video streaming, gaming, and zoom calls. Bring your own fishing poles and equipment for a fun and relaxing time on the lake. We think your pets would love a vacation too! We are pet friendly up to two dogs. Only declawed cats allowed. Firewood is free and available onsite, but everyone must follow the provincial fire guidelines. Check out our guidebook online or hardcopy at the cottage for places to visit and eateries. Don't forget in winter to bring your snowshoes and/or cross country skis and skates (depending on wether conditions) Moores Mills Lake is one of the few lakes in NB that allows ice fishing.
