The owner has a private locked closet in the hallway. The owner lives nearby if there is an emergency. You will be living in the RIGHT side of the duplex. Please note there is a wonderful long-term resident on the other side of the duplex. When you book, we immediately send a rental agreement for your signature. Returning this document will key up the release of your home's PDF information packet, including your front door code. Your packet is emailed to you usually a day before your arrival. Please check your email spam folder as well. EV charger is 220/50 Amp. Bring your own cords. Please let us know before arrival if you will be using this amenity. The maximum occupancy is four. NO PETS or bicycles in the home, please. Please NO interfering with any electronics, wifi, door locks, or security cameras. Bring your own sign-ins for streaming video on the smart TV. We hold a security deposit, quickly refunded if no damage is present. No smoking of anything in the home or near windows/doors. Outside seating for smokers is provided. It is an easy bike to the famous Chief Ladiga trail. Since the home is at the top of a hill the bike ride is all downhill! :) We have a building nearby where your bikes can be stored and locked up. You MUST let us know BEFORE you arrive so it's ready for your bicycles if you wish to use it. All we ask at checkout is to please take out your trash if you think of it and lock the door.
