This is a perfect spot for a fishing adventure or contract workers needing lodging. The rugged interior is suited towards the outdoorsman and can sleep up to 5 adults comfortably. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom, a twin and full in the other, and a pullout sofa bed in the living room. The space The Bear's Den has been remodeled and is a work in progress. The layout is perfect for traveling workers or fishing guests. The home is decorated with the outdoorsman in mind. The home has been used previously as a hunting "cabin" for friends and family. There are maps and historical pictures throughout the home. A few sets of antlers can be found as well. More decor will be added soon. The kitchen is small but adequate, having the minimum necessities. Enjoy your cup of coffee or cold beverage overlooking the peaceful view off of the back deck. Please do not enter the fenced pasture. Other things to note This house is a work in progress with improvements and decor being added. Any suggestions for improvements and ideas for guest comfort are greatly appreciated. The back door of the property is the entry point for checkin. The front door clearance is 6 feet, please be mindful when entering and exiting through the front door. I am 6'2 and have bumped my head a few times, I prefer the average size back door of the house. There is ample parking for boats and 2 drives to use. The top drive has steep steps to the front porch of the house. Currently, there is no WiFi so there is the basic Dish Network for a tv service provider. We are looking for the best option for tv and internet. Cell service for C-Spire and Verizon are good.
