The kitchen is outdoors next to the pool and for your convenience, there is a half bathroom on the first floor. Additionally, it has private parking and security cameras. The house has all the amenities for a fun weekend, plus you have your own pool, and the beaches are also nearby. IMPORTANT: The kitchen is downstairs, in the pool area of the property. This is done for safety reasons. The bedrooms, living room and bathroom are upstairs and you will need to go up stairs. The pool and hot tub do not have a heater, they are at ambient temperature. Guest access At Villas Don Coqui, the bedrooms are located upstairs in the property. You will need to go up stairs to reach them, as there is no elevator or ramp. Therefore, please take this fact into consideration before renting the property for the comfort of you and your guests. You will have 48 hours after booking to cancel without penalty. Other things to note I'd be happy to recommend some nearby beaches to Villa Don Coquí in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, along with the approximate travel time to each one: 1. Buye Beach - Just a 5-minute drive from Villa Don Coquí. 2. Combate Beach - It's less than two blocks from the house. 3. Boquerón Beach - 15 minutes by car. One of the most popular and crowded beaches in the area. 4. Joyuda Beach - 20 minutes by car. 5. El Convento Beach - Around a 25-minute drive. A small, secluded, and less crowded beach. These travel times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic conditions. I recommend checking the beach schedules as some may have restricted areas or charge entrance fees during certain seasons.
