The Nest is located in Little River Escape, a gated tiny home community featuring a pool, river access, a tiny gym, trails, kayaking and fishing. Enjoy your morning coffee as you bird watch from the deck, take a peaceful paddle in the provided kayaks down the East Fork of the Little River into Lake Lahusage, hike nearby waterfalls and canyons, and enjoy s’mores by the fire pit at night. Your stay is sure to create meaningful memories. The space The Nest is on a 3/4 acre lot and includes a porch, a back deck, fire pit and grilling area. The Nest sleeps 5-6 with a full size bed, a bunk bed, and twin beds in the loft. There is a Roku TV, DVD player, WiFi, games, books, and a well-equipped kitchen. WiFi calling will allow most to get cell service but there is no guarantee. There are a host of wonderful parks nearby to explore including DeSoto Falls and State Park (AL), Cloudland Canyon State Park (GA), Little River Canyon (AL), and James H. “Sloppy” Floyd State Park (GA). Explore the quaint town of Mentone, AL, and check out the views at Brow Park. Chattanooga, TN, and Ft. Payne, AL, are a short drive away. Other things to note We ask that you respect our neighbors by caring for our community property and maintaining reasonable noise levels. Our community is family-oriented and not the right setting for loud parties as many of our neighbors live here full time.
