Just a 6 minute drive to Highrise hotel area, beaches and many restaurants and a 9 minute drive to Downtown Oranjestad and the airport. Property's owners are a well know Chef and a Real Estate consultant. In the near future, Hofi Zu will not only have access to lodge, but also will be catering group gatherings around a soon to be build swimming pool. The space When out and enjoying the awesome sites of Aruba, this is home where you come back to at the end. You can have a cookout with the brick handmade BBQ grill or cook a small meal in the kitchen. All bedrooms have a great working AC and its own full bathroom. Masterbedroom has a good size closet/laundry area. Whether you want to have breakfast at home or enjoy the evening, the many different birds and their humming will accompany you!!! Outside by the the half bathroom, one flight of stairs up, you will find a spacious deck. Spacious enough for 6 adults. This area is great for sunbathing or enjoying a relaxing evening. In the near future you will also be able to enjoy a good size pool. And should you want to bring your family and friends, there will be an additional one bedroom and a studio unit. Both to accomodate up to 3 people. Or wanting to host a birthday party and/or dinner with a big group, the Chef Patrick by profession, also co-owner of Hofi Zu, will be assisting you to create the best special dishes for you.
