The space The Twin Oaks Country Home includes 3 houses: 1. Sunrise- 3,238 sq. ft. 4 Bed, 3.5 bath. 2. Hill View- 1,600 sq. ft. 3 bed 2 bath. 3. Sunset- 900 sq. ft. 1 bed 1 bath w/ kitchenette - Large open area for entertainment and relaxation - Gorgeous dining areas - 2 BBQ Areas - Workspaces in each room in Sunrise and a workspace in each of Hill View and Sunset - Lots of onsite parking - Open Floor Plan - Free Wi-Fi - Always fresh, clean linens and towels - 24 Hour Self-Check In - Fully Equipped and Beautiful Kitchens This 9 acre retreat can fit 30 comfortably. Sunrise Main House 1: The main level of this home features a quaint entry lounge area, a grand living room with soaring ceilings and a pullout double bed, a fireplace, and comfortable seating around the TV. The game room is located on this level and has a foosball table and air hockey table! There is also a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining, as well as a formal dining room. On the main / downstairs level, you'll also find 3 bedrooms, all with king-sized beds. 1 of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms share a a full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom located near the laundry room. Walking upstairs, you'll find a loft with a twin bunkbed and a twin bed with a pullout twin (4 twins total). Next to the loft area is the master suite which has 2 queen-sized beds, a tv, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in standing shower and dual vanities. This master suite has a kitchenette with a small stove, a fridge, and a microwave that leads out to a large private balcony with plenty of seating and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Outside in the backyard, there is a private porch featuring a few seats and a large hammock to lounge in. Walking a bit further into the yard, you'll see beautiful 400 year-old twin Oaks Trees leading up to a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing memories. Hill View House 2: The main attraction of this home is the large deck that leads into the front entryway. There is plenty of seating and a swing -- perfect for al fresco dining and soaking up the sun. We also hope you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills on cool Hill Country evenings. This home features a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a TV, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in this house. The master bedroom has 2 beds (a queen and full), and the master bathroom has both a jacuzzi and a standing shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-bed with plenty of storage space. The two bedrooms share a bathroom that includes a standing shower. Sunrise House 3: This modern apartment features 1 bedroom with three comfortable queen-sized beds. The full bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo, and plenty of storage space for all of your toiletries. The full kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. When you want to relax, step outside onto the small patio downstairs and take a seat on the swing as you enjoy the fresh air. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Guest access There are a few signs that show the restricted areas (for example the chicken coop is off limits), but you generally have access to the entire Twin Oaks property of 9 acres. Other things to note There are signs to direct which house is which on the property. Please let us know if you need early check-in or late check-out. If there are day guests not staying the night, please let us know in advance as well!
