Welcome to our conveniently located Montclair home! We live very close to Watchung Train Station which goes direct to Penn Station in 40 minutes and we're a block away from Watchung Plaza with wonderful local shops. We have a beautiful deck w/ outdoor couch & dining table as well as a backyard swing set! Our house is cozy, warm and spacious. Very fast wifi. If you are traveling with kids, we have a lot of toys/activities ready for them. Please note there are two cats who live in the house. The space The main floor has a big living room, a den with toys, a dining room and kitchen. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor. One of the second floor bedrooms has a queen bed. The other bedroom is a kids room with a twin sized mattress (and a foldout crib if needed). Also on the second floor is an office and a full bathroom. The top floor is the master bedroom with a king sized bed.In the basement, there are two rooms and a full bath. There are two pull out couches in the basement, washer & dryer, and more toys. The spacious patio area has an outdoor dining table, couch, grill, string lights, swing set play area, garden, and backyard area. Other things to note 2x parking spaces.
