Our centrally-located Leadville studio apartment is the perfect basecamp for all your mountain activities. Our cozy space is equipped with all you could need for a short or long stay (including laundry). We are a 5 minute walk to Historic Harrison Ave and restaurants, 1 block from the Mineral Belt Trail, 24 mins to Copper Mountain, 10 to Ski Cooper, 30 to Frisco, 45 to Vail! Beautiful views of Mt. Massive! Private entrance & parking for 1 car. Up to 2 fur-babes are welcome. License # 2025-071 The space Our studio has the perfect tiny home vibes but with big personality! The space boasts vaulted ceilings, wood beams, locally sourced decor, a convenient full size Murphy bed, reading chairs, kitchen with stove top (no oven but there is an air fryer in unit) & breakfast bar, laundry and bathroom with walk-in shower. In the warmer months there is a yellow bistro set outside for your use, but please note, it is not secluded. Because the space is cozy, we allow a max of 2 dogs for a $20 pet fee. Please no cats or other animals. Guest access Private guest entrance through yellow front door! Please note, the patio area near the front door is not secluded, however, the bistro set is there for your use/enjoyment. If you need storage for your bikes, just ask. Other things to note Should you be playing in the mountains, feel free to use us as your emergency contact or bring us up to speed on your plans.
