Cozy countryside 2 bedroom house near famous gastronomic route, shopping centers and hospital Menonita. Enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains while being 5 minutes away from the freeway. Don’t mind our neighbors (The cows 🐄) they’re awesome. Fully equipped kitchen, workspace, wifi, SmartTV, outdoor dining area and AC. Also a close drive to rivers, forests, shopping courts, historic landmarks, nightlife and hospital. Owned by locals. The space This cozy house consists of two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and storage. The master bedroom has a beautiful rustic custom made wooden bed with optional subtle lights underneath, perfect for a romantic stay. This bedroom also has an AC unit, but we don’t think you’ll need it. Cayey is known for its cool mountain weather. The second bedroom has a pedestal fan. The entry/living room area has a confortable futon that turns into a twin bed, a smart tv with roku and Netflix and a rustic rocking chair. We provide additional blankets and fleece throws. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with vintage style refrigerator and microwave. Feel free to enjoy our complementary coffee or tea. The dining room area has a rustic table for 4 and a bar stool table for 2. There’s a small workplace area with a desk and a chair. Relax reading one of our books or have fun playing one of our house games (monopoly and classic dominos). The bathroom is fully equipped with an electric line heather and essentials. Outside the house you will find a small porch with a table for two and an ample yard with a small creek. Feel free to grab a delicious passion fruit if we’re in season. We do have neighbors even tough the houses are not quite near. But our favorite neighbors are the cows that live in a fenced terrain up front. Our house is located on a dead end street in a lovely rural community. You won’t need to drive up steep hills and the road is flat and in good condition. You will get to enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains. Guest access You will get to enjoy the entire house and fenced terrain. Other things to note Please note this is a rural listing in a rural community. This means that like in any other rural home, you will find flora and fauna. We have screens in all of our windows and doors for better protection. But please close the doors if you don’t want friendly bugs to get in. Even though they are not that big of a deal, we do provide complimentary bug spray.
