For whatever may bring you to Brew City, make this characterful, quirky, 120-year-old house your home during your stay! The space The entire main floor apartment including the front porch and back screened-in patio are for your use only! This includes two queen bedrooms, two living areas, one full bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen! Other things to note This house is very, very old, which I think makes it pretty cool. But you should know that it also makes it quirky! For example, outlets are extremely limited but I have taken a lot of care to provide charging stations next to each bed and extension cords, should you need them! It also means the house has old bones and it will creak! Very cool character, though, like hardwood floors throughout! I also rent out the upper level apartment, so I’m sure you’ll hear the footsteps of people walking around up there. It’s your typical multi-family unit in a cool, old part of town!
