Manson is on the North shore of lake Chelan. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. We are just a very short walk to the public beach, boat launch , wine tasting rooms , grocery store, coffee cabin ,and restaurants. Private Patio with seating for 8 and a new 6-8 Person hot tub. The space There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is large with a king size bed, private patio with 2 rattan sun loungers and small cocktail table. There is also an en-suite bath with double vanities on the primary bedroom. There are 2 closets, a large dresser and a 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a desk with a chair, 42" smart TV, closet with dresser inside. It is adjacent to the hall/main bath. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with additional storage under the bed, a closet with a dresser inside, a desk with a chair and a smart 42" TV. Each bedroom has a dedicated Mini Split head unit that is individually controlled with a wall mounted remote thermostat for fan heat or AC. The sectional sofa in the family room is modular and can be easily configured into a almost queen size bed for 2 people. There is sheets and pillows in the storage ottoman and extra pads for the couch in the closet. There is a large kitchen with quartz countertops with plenty of counterspace, an island with seating for 3, a pull out garbage can, all new full size built in stainless appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all of the pots/pans, utencils, dishware, small appliances etc that even an experience chef could want. The living room has seating for 8 easily with 5-6 seats on the sectional. There is a sofa table behind the couch with 2 chairs and 2 electric leather recliners in the front corner windows. Also in this space is an electric linear fireplace with basalt stone surround in a herringbone pattern and ship lap walls with a custom mantle. There is a 65" smart TV with a sound bar and DVD player. Games are stored under the TV. The home has a bright open floor plan so everyone can all hang out together and play a game ,watch a movie, or enjoy a meal at the custom built table. There is also a cozy outdoor hang out area where you bbq and enjoy the sun . If it's on the cooler side you can have some conversations around the table top fire pit. This home is set up all living on 1 floor-Rambler. From the parking area there is 3 steps into the kitchen from the back door or one step on the side walk from the parking area to the front door. No other stairs in the house. You have the whole house and patios and Hot Tub area to yourself. There is a privacy screen that can be easily lowered to make the patio more intimate and festoon lighting around the overhead structure. There is an easy lift mechanism for the cover on the Hot Tub. There is a small cabin and patio behind the house by the parking area that is our own family space, its occasionally used by close friends and family we do not rent it. Guest access You will have the entire house and front and main bedroom patio areas and Hot Tub to yourself. There are a total of four parking spaces for your use. There is a small patio and cabin by the parking area that is our own personal area. Other things to note Bring your suits! The hot tub is for guests of this home only. The swimming beach is a very short walk. Bring your boat to the Manson Bay Marina just down the alley or rent a boat or PWC from Shoreline Rentals at the Marina. This is a great home base for exploring the hills and other lakes above Manson or experiencing the growing number of wineries and tasting rooms showcasing the incredible wines grown in this special region. Chelan Brewery is less than a block away. Easy access to everything making your vacation getaway simple and enjoyable.
