The space This bright and artistic space was hand crafted by hosts with love! It’s spacious and entirely private including private entrance, a full size kitchen, and bathroom. The indoor space has both central heat and air conditioning. Outdoor patio 2-seat seating is also available as pictured for warmer days. The yard is a perfect place for bird watching or stargazing. *While it’s a quiet neighborhood, please note the apartment is located in a family house so normal walking and ambient noise should be expected randomly throughout the day. Decor may vary and change overtime. Outdoor decorative plants may not be present during the winter. Outdoor patio table may be covered or removed during rainy/snowy months. Guest access Guests have full access to entire 1-bedroom apartment and small section of patio (area with Coral colored seating). The dining area is considered the “workspace area” with comfortable seating. Roku TV available. Other things to note Wireless Internet available. *The space has 3 small exterior facing windows including partial glass door, and 1 interior facing window. Iron we provide is a small steam iron which is best used while clothing is hung on a hanger. Please use with precaution as steam gets very hot. *Living room floor mattress available upon request.
