Welcome to our cottage in Carmel. Walking distance to Main Street (.8 mile), walking distance to Palladium (.5 mile). Close to the Monon trail and restaurants. Quiet private neighborhood. Plus we have a massage chair and a Purple mattress to help finish your days fully relaxed. We love it here and think you will too. Contact us with any special requests. The space We have a lovely cottage-like home. About 2000 SQ ft. Space for games, movies on Netflix, and socializing. We have garage parking for one car and a driveway that can accommodate 2 more cars. We do require that our guests do not park on the street since this seems to disturb our neighbors. We have quiet and private backyard, but it is not fenced in. There are some local yards who rent out their fenced backyard on an hourly bases. Check out SniffSpot.com. In summer months the upper level of the home can be about 8 degrees warmer than then lower level. We provide starting supplies like dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap. If you are staying longer than the supplies last we ask that you replenish. Guest access The whole home and garage is available to guests. Other things to note We have Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount +, HBOMax and YouTube. There is a security camera in the garage and in the backyard. Summer months: The upper level of the home can get warmer than the main level especially on days over 85 degrees. We find that it cools again in the evening.
