Come stay at my cozy home! We are located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood where you will be able to pleasantly enjoy your stay here. The space Welcome! In this nice single-family home, I have a lush, beautiful garden with tall palms and Italian Cypress trees all around the house. The bedroom features a full sized bed, personal workspace desk, closet, and full size mirror. Also included is a 4K TV with internet access where you can sign into your streaming platforms to enjoy time to relax. The room measures about 16' x 13'. Q: Bathrooms? The bathroom is separated from the bedrooms and is available for you to use. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash is provided. Feel free to bring your own. If there is another guest staying at the other private bedroom, it will be a shared bathroom. Please be courteous and keep it clean after yourself. Please be aware that if another guest is there, your personal belongings should be kept in your bedroom. Restrooms are cleaned thoroughly in between stays. Q: Laundry? Unfortunately there is no available laundry and dryer on the premises. There are paid laundromats nearby you can go to. Message me for more details. Q: Heat? Air Conditioning? The house has a central heating and AC. The temperature is kept at 72. If you like it colder, no problem, the night's in Los Angeles are usually low 70s-high 60s, just open your windows. If you like it warmer when you sleep, each room includes a plush fleece, additional blanket. If you need to AC to be cooler, please send me a message and I will control it myself. Guest access You will have access to the shared Living Room, as well as the restroom located in the hallway. You will also have access to your reserved private bedroom equipped with a lock on the door. During your stay I prefer to keep to myself, but if you see me around don't be shy! If you need something, please give me a call but it'll take me about an hour to come by due to other responsibilities. If you come across an issue, please let me know immediately so I can assist you right away. In case of any medical emergency, please call 911. The fire department is located 1 minute away, and the Sheriff's office is about 10 minutes away. Other things to note Q: How do you monitor what is happening in the common areas? All parking and outdoor entrances are on 24 hour, recorded video. Bedrooms and Bathrooms do not have video monitors. Q: Smoking? A: Absolutely no smoking on the premises including the exterior of the home. Please be mindful of neighbors as well. Q: Do you allow pets? We love pets, but some of the guests might not, so please leave them at home. We may be able to be flexible, ask us. Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. Q: Can we invite other people who are not registered guests to visit? No. Absolutely no unregistered guests allowed on the property. Please meet your friends and associates at another location. Any person(s) entering the premises who are unregistered will incur a $50 fee on your checkout bill. Q: Parking? In the front driveway or along the street.
