House is geared towards families only. Two bedrooms, one king, one queen, one nursery with crib, one toddlers room with toddler bed. Walking distance to downtown Niantic. House is not for loud groups and parties are strictly prohibited. Hot tub year round! 3 full sized bathrooms and finished basement with living room and playroom. The space Downstairs consists of living room, dining area, kitchen, main full bath, nursery with crib, master bedroom with king and attached master bathroom. Upstairs consists of toddler room with toddler bed, full bedroom with entertainment center and office space. Both rooms share one full size bathroom. Upstairs was completely remodeled in 2023. Relax in the outdoor hot tub with a glass of wine. Full backyard and plenty of activities for kids. Wrap around deck outside with Weber grill, Blackstone grill, outdoor furniture and propane firepit. Basement is split furnished with one side living room with fire place, and other side children's playroom. Peloton available for use in the basement. We own a dog, but keep the house hair-free.
