Room with Queen size bed (with adjustable base), & all the basics for a relaxing or productive stay. This is a residential area about 2 miles to Hwy 22, and 12 miles to I5 / Salem. Close to all the neat places in Stayton, groceries, gas, everything you need within 2 miles. We love our long term guests, note an 18% weekly, and 40% discount monthly rate. The space This is a room in a 3 BR, 2BA house. Bathroom is shared, but my son and I will generally use the other bathroom in the master BR. Room has sit/stand desk, office chair, TV, and black-out curtains. Guest access You can access all common areas in the House: Kitchen, Living and Dining rooms, laundry area (HE washer & dryer), and back yard. We have a small fridge dedicated for guests, freezer space available, and dry goods storage. Can use the kitchen to cook meals, eat in dining area. Other things to note I list the room as no smoking, because I really can't deal with the smell of normal cigarettes. However, I don't care if you vape or do 420, just please ONLY do it outside (there is a nice covered patio), and please air out your lungs and cloths before coming back inside.
