Our home offers the lower level to our guests on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood, close to major highways for quick access. You will have your own parking space with keyless entry into your private suite featuring a bright living room with a dedicated work station. A fully stocked bathroom and a cozy Cal King bed await you for a peaceful night of sleep after a day spent exploring the Hudson Valley. Guest access A designated parking space on our private driveway leads you to the backyard and your keyless entry along a well lit path. Enter through the french doors into a fully stocked kitchen ready to accommodate four guests. Refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, tea kettle, instant pot, cutting boards and utensils, dishes, and reverse osmosis drinking system are available to you. Our plush carpeted main living space features bright natural lighting, a memory foam Cal King mattress, a designated workspace, Smart TV, Queen sectional sleeper sofa with upgraded foam mattress, fiber optic internet, plenty of outlets for your devices, and private bathroom. Other things to note Please note, we do live on the upper level of the home with our family. So from time to time you may hear family activity, though we have sound proofed the suite. Also, we do have a small 20lb mini golden doodle. She is not allowed in the suite, and uses only the front yard so will not be interacting with you, but we do want you to know that she is on the property.
