The space The Space: What to Expect Our beautiful condo offers 874 sq. ft. of living space and is located on the 5th floor, providing partial ocean views from your private balcony. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide you with maximum comfort and convenience. Bedroom: Your Cozy Retreat • Two queen-size beds with comfortable mattresses and premium linens. • Smart TV for entertainment. • A spacious walk-in closet for all your belongings. • Blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep at any time of day. Living Room: Relax and Unwind • Queen-size sofa bed, easily converting into an additional sleeping space. • Large dining table with six comfortable chairs for family meals and gatherings. • Smart TV with access to local cable channels and streaming services. • Floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to your balcony with beautiful ocean views. Resort Amenities at The Tides Condo/Resort Your stay will be complemented by a wide range of resort amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience: • Direct beach access. • Two heated swimming pools. • Two modern fitness centers. • Game room with a ping pong table. • Beautiful gardens and shaded relaxation areas. • On-site café with dining service and delivery options. • Valet parking service. • Laundry facilities on each floor. Guest access Guests have full access to all resort amenities. You will enter the condo using a secure electronic door lock, and a personalized code will be provided on the day of your arrival. Other things to note • Guests are required to purchase FOB keys for access to the beach, pools, and fitness centers. The cost is $30 per FOB for every two adults. • Guests must wear identification wristbands during their stay, which will be provided at check-in. • Parking is not included in the rental price. Parking fees: • 1 week — $100 • 2 weeks — $125 • 3 weeks — $150 • 4 weeks — $175 A refundable parking card deposit of $20 in cash is required. • Package deliveries: Guests are charged $7 per package delivered to the building. Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.
