Our "foodie" kitchen provides almost every essential including ice cream maker, hand juicer, mixer, waffle iron, and bakeware to make culinary dreams a reality! Children will instantly gravitate to the eat-in counter and feel at home using our kid-friendly plates/cutlery (and of course the play set outside!). The space The home sleeps 9 (2 kings, 1 queen, 3 twins, and couch). Play in the sizable yard or entertain in the dining room (seats 12 comfortably)! Use of 5 pools, tennis, yacht club, and golf course with daily use fees. Beach Club parking included. Other things to note A maximum of three cars or two cars and one boat trailer can be parked in the driveway. Additionally, if you park on the street, please be respectful of our neighbors. Please note a maximum of one car can park at the Ocean Pines Beach Club. The car must display the provided parking pass, located on the fridge in the kitchen. You will need to scan this at the Beach Club entrance, display in your windshield, and return to the fridge before you leave. We’ll have to charge you a $75 replacement fee for the parking pass not being returned to the fridge at checkout. Remember to take a photo of the parking pass to use as your access to the Beach Club Bathrooms. When you arrive, please make yourselves at home! - We have sheets on the beds and bath towels and washcloths in the laundry closet - BYOB (bring your own beach towels) - There is hand soap at each sink; body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each shower; and toilet paper in each bathroom. - One roll of paper towels and we have several kitchen towels are provided, but if you think you need more, bring them!
